Why we made it

Most training covers the rules. The hard part is the conversation in a client’s lounge, when the vendor wants a higher price or a deal is about to fall over. The Game Changer™ lets agents practise those conversations with their team first.

  • Every question comes from something that happens on the job: appraisals, disclosure, negotiations, settlement.
  • Teams talk it through out loud and challenge each other’s answers.
  • Each question has a best-practice answer to check against, so the discussion ends somewhere useful.
  • Scores are kept as you go, and you get a summary of what was covered at the end.

How a round works

You need a dice and a screen everyone can see: a laptop, tablet or the TV in your meeting room.

  1. The Game Changer board with 24 squares in four journeys Auction Aces on square 4
    1

    Roll and move

Each team has a piece. Move it to the square you rolled and the question for that square comes up.

  2. Question 8.1 01:14

    The Angry Vendor

Your vendor says: "We've had three weeks on the market and nothing is happening. You've obviously overpriced it." How do you respond?

    2

    Discuss for two minutes

The question fills the screen and the timer starts. Each team works out its answer.

  3. Best practice

    1. 1Remains calm.
    2. 2Acknowledges the vendor's frustration.
    3. 3Reviews campaign evidence and feedback.
